...jag rökte min sista cigrett och tog min sista prilla snus är det idag!
 
Inte klokt, så fort tiden har gått och jag klappar mig själv på axeln och säger "fy fan va du är bra"!
 
Saknar inte cigaretterna ett dugg, men jag kan ibland, fast ytterst sällan känna ett sug efter en prilla under läppen, men är så glad att jag fixar det också.
 
Pengar spar man ju på att varken röka eller snusa och man luktar inte askkopp längre, smak och luktsinne har blivit avsevärt mycket bättre och ja, det är bara positivt!
Maken, han snusar och det får han fortsätta med så länge han vill, han slutade röka för 4 år sedan och jag tycker att han är duktig.
 
Skottar snö gör han maken, det har kommit ganska mycket under natten och morgonern så den "skottfria" helgen han drömde om, den är ett minne blott!
